Grain-free Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 large Omega-3 eggs
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/4 cup grass-fed butter melted
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup arrowroot
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions

  1. Blend- water, eggs, butter, honey, and vanilla. Set aside (wet ingredients)
  2. Mix – Almond flour, arrowroot, cream of tartar, baking soda and sea salt (dry ingredients)
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients
  4. Add small amount of butter pan to prevent sticking
  5. Heat pan over medium heat
  6. Use a 1/4 cup pancake batter per pancake
  7. Cook until edges are set (add optional blueberries) and then flip
  8. Let other side cook and serve when done
