Ingredients
- 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts halved and sliced thin
- 1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds
Directions
- Mix in large serving bowl, 3 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, shallot, mustard, pepper and garlic
- Add uncooked Brussels sprouts to above mixture and stir until well coated
- Refrigerate 30 min – 2 hours prior to serving.
- Just before serving add sliced almonds and 3 tbsp of olive oil
- Serve chilled
- (Optional) Pairs well with grass-fed burger
